My Roles and Responsibilities
A trusted business partner and consultant responsible for strategic learning, organisational development and change impact support. Working on both small and large scale projects my focus is on supporting people through change to enable and transform culture, performance, processes, engagement and capability
For the last 10 years I have worked in consultant, business partner, practitioner and leadership roles. I have built my experience within large financial services, healthcare and higher education organisations. I previously worked for Bupa for over 7 years in L&D and Business Partner roles, and at present as an Organisational Development Consultant I am working on a large scale digital transformation programme at Manchester Metropolitan University. I often utilise project management, learning methodology, human-centred design, behavioural science and systems thinking approaches to take a holistic view of an organisation and its people. I am CIPD accredited in learning and development practice and also a recognised Chartered Management Institute coach and mentor.

I am devoted to creating opportunities to enhance people's performance and potential. I hope to offer coaching, guidance, challenge and a safe thinking environment for all. I would also welcome the opportunity to share my experience of working in a people centred consultant role in learning and organisational development. I am passionate about my profession and hope for the opportunity to introduce those interested.
