My Roles and Responsibilities
I have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the kitchen, including liaising with suppliers, maintaining and raising the profit margins on food and producing new menus and creative dishes. I also manage, train and recruit a brigade of chefs.
I have worked as a Head Chef in a number of restaurants in London and is a former restaurant owner back in Italy. I also have a vast experience as a private chef.
Why am I on Connect?
It's a great opportunity for knowledge sharing, growing my network both with other mentors and mentees. Giving something back to the community and support people is something I'm very passionated about.
Whom would I like to mentor?
Someone with a clear vision of what they would like to accomplish and is eager to learn new task and share that knowledge with others. A good attitude and personality is key!
