My Roles and Responsibilities
I am Head of Talent for Smart Pension and I look after all things people related. From Talent Aquisition to Retention to Engagement and everything in between. It is my role to make sure that as we scale rapidly, we have the right people in with us to be successful and in turn, we help them be successful in their careers.
Previously, I had my own consulting business for 3 years, helping technology companies scale and grow. I have held multiple positions during my 15 years in HR.
Why am I on Connect?
It is important to give back. I have relied on many people during my career to help me develop my skills and without them, I couldn't have done it, so it is important that I help other people achieve their goals now.
