I am a Director of Aerate and the founder of Connect Mentors, which is one of Aerate’s concepts. Aerate is an incubator business. I create and oversee all concepts within Aerate and lead the team. My main role is to advise on the direction of Aerate and make sure that the team is aligned on our vision. Day-to-day, I provide feedback to the team and develop new concepts to grow our business and build our brand. Aerate is a social enterprise that creates and develops scaleable concepts that connect and support people through online platforms and applications. Aerate's concepts are all interlinked and complementary, providing solutions to support people professionally and personally. Each is designed and built around a strongly intuitive user experience to enhance engagement with the product.

With 12 years in technology, digital and business, both agency and client side, I have worked on a range of high profile and blu-chip launches for many clients such as News UK, ASOS and Microsoft. My roles have included Product Director, Head of Digital, Business Strategist and Consultant - before setting up my own companies.
